Utility Usage Analysis - $30
Information provided by the client on usage amounts and costs of utilities is analyzed to determine where energy savings may be found. When an Inspection is completed the Analysis Fee is deducted from the Fee.

Home Energy Survey - $100
An interview and walk through of the home with the home-owner. Identification of possible areas for energy efficiency and a Question and Answer discussion is the purpose of the survey. This Survey is ideal for prioritizing cost effective Do-It-Yourself projects.

Stand Alone Diagnostic Tests
   Basic Pressure Testing for Air Barrier Leakage. (only) - $135
   Basic Duct Pressure Testing for Leakage. (both) - $200

Home Appliance Evaluation and Recommendations 
   Hot Water Heater - $75
   Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washer - $50

Diagnostic Energy Efficiency Inspection - Actual fee is based on the square footage of the building beginning at $375.
This inspection, sometimes called an Energy Audit, will identify energy strengths and weaknesses of a building. Building Performance is tested. A customized, cost effective Energy Efficiency Plan is a feature of this Inspection. This qualifies for Efficiency Kansas and some other programs requiring an energy audit

Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Rating Inspection - Actual fee is based on the square footage of the building beginning at $430.
This inspection, sometimes called an Energy Rating, is also used, in part, to Performance Test new houses for the Energy Star Award. For existing structures Building Performance is tested for Infiltration Rates, and other energy features. This Rating qualifies for Efficiency Kansas and other programs requiring an energy audit, such as an Energy Efficient Mortgage under VA, FHA, or private financing. A customized, cost effective Energy Efficiency Plan provided and a verification inspection is also provided. An Official Home Energy Rating is awarded.
